Description : DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK Manitoba Hydro requires an independent third party to assess the current maturity of Manitoba Hydro-s asset management system. The key purpose of this assessment is to provide a scoring of Manitoba Hydro-s asset management maturity and to enable further monitoring of its progress over time. The work will also include a review of Manitoba Hydro-s Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) objectives to provide an estimate of the expected asset management maturity score should the current SAMP objectives be completed. Manitoba Hydro is also seeking recommendations to address any gaps to reach a Maturity Level of 3 (Competent) on the IAM maturity scale (for all 39 Subjects). This work will enable Manitoba Hydro staff to formulate and prioritize initiatives to further advance maturity levels.
