  • Description:
  • Tender are invited for Asset Management Legacy System
Project Description : Advance Contract Award Notice Tendering Procedure: Only one firm has been invited to bid. Attachment: None Substitutes: None Nature of Requirement: To contract with CAMAlot for the continued support and maintenance of the Assessment Management Systems. The County is seeking a five (5) year term with options to extend. Justification: CAMAlot is an integral and customized part of Sturgeon County-s Assessment operations. This system includes internal and external reporting processes and procedures necessary to meet legislated assessment and taxation standards set forth under the Municipal Government Act and applicable regulations. CAMAlot has been in place with Sturgeon County since 2004 and through this time customized processes and reporting have been developed around this system. Switching systems would require significant time, resources and money to revise all the current protocols in place. Maintaining integrity of the data housed in this system is critical to the Assessment Department and as such, the risk of data loss, and cost makes moving to a new system prohibitive at this time.
