Description:
The City of Thunder Bay, Infrastructure, Development & Operations, invites Proposals from qualified firms for the Asset & Work Management Systems Review & Roadmap in, Thunder Bay, Ontario, in accordance with this RFP.
The purpose of this project is to determine the most effective asset and work management digital architecture required for The City to coordinate and manage service delivery, improve operational efficiencies, and reduce duplication of data and work using industry best practices where possible. The final recommendation for asset and work management digital architecture must also facilitate compliance with applicable federal and provincial reporting and regulations. If multiple software programs are required, this project will identify what type of information should be tracked, analysed, or modeled in each program, how they are able to integrate with one another, and how to best use each to its fullest capacity.
