- This project involves comprehensive assessing, testing, engineering design and project management services for building envelope systems, fall protection systems, and roof systems across SIGA-s Seven (7) Casinos. The scope also includes roof system annual assessments, warranty inspections, preventative maintenance and roof layout drawing updates for any of SIGA-s seven casinos. SIGA will engage the successful Proponent through a Master Service Agreement for the entire scope of the request for proposal
