- Description : The Regional Municipality of Waterloo (the “Region”) wishes to engage the services of a consulting engineering firm (the “Consultant”) to perform a Review and Assessment of the Hidden Valley Dam located at 2035 Hidden Valley Crescent in Kitchener. The assignment includes Condition Assessment and Capital Planning, ROV Inspection, Hydraulic Assessment, Dam Safety Review, Conceptual Design of permanent Public Safety Measures, and development of a Public Safety Management Plan.
