Project Description : Information is being sought with respect to ideas on functionally different, but technically and economically feasible, alternatives to additional water storage that will provide the desired outcome of both flood and drought mitigation in the Bow River basin. Information is also being collected about currently employed or potential approaches, and the level of effort needed to align with the Government of Canada-s Impact Assessment Act-s (IAA) requirement of assessing alternatives to the reservoir options being investigating as part of the Bow River Reservoir Options project.
