- Civida is seeking a qualified roofing contractor to provide asphalt shingles repair services at various Civida-managed properties as further described in this RFQ. The location of work will vary; however, all properties are located within the City of Edmonton and surrounding area.
Civida-s housing portfolio consists of approximately 4,300 Community Housing units and 1,000 Affordable Housing units. Buildings range in age with the bulk of the properties built in the 1970s and early 1980s. Refer to the property map for all locations: (Google Map of Sites).
