Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Asphalt removal, warm mix asphalt paving, culvert replacement and roadside safety improvements on York Durham Line (Y.R. 30) from 14th Avenue (Y.R. 71) to Bethesda Sideroad (Y.R. 11) in the City of Markham and the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, as further described in Appendix C - Form of Contract.
