Notice Details The Town of Grand-Bouctouche invites tenders for Asphalt Patching and Asphalt Leveling on areas that will be identified by the Town's Public Works Department within the Town of Bouctouche limits. Approximately 400 tonnes of asphalt will be required for Asphalt Patching and 150 tonnes for Asphalt Leveling. The work to be done under this contract will consist of the supplying all materials, labour, supervision, construction plan, equipment, etc., necessary for the completion of the work as described in this Invitation to Tender and in accordance with the technical specifications in Appendix A.
The Contractor shall commence the work no later than May 12th, 2025. Work shall be completed on or before June 27th, 2025.
The Town of Grand-Bouctouche will be responsible for identifying the areas to be patched with fluorescent paint no later than the Friday of the previous week, for the work to be completed during the following week. The Town shall also provide a list of the works to be completed in order of priority (by street name). The Contractor shall then be required to provide sufficient manpower and equipment to complete all listed works in order of priority by the end of the day on Friday of that week, without interruption.
