- Description:
- The City of Dieppe is seeking services of a qualified contractor for general asphalt patching and resurfacing of various streets.
The work shall consist of supplying all materials, equipment, labour, and machinery needed forasphalt milling and the disposal of all items required to properly complete the work. It includes asphaltconcrete pavement patching and resurfacing of various streets, municipal parking lots, multi-purposetrails, as well as patching asphalt in utility cuts. Additionally, the work covers asphalt patching aroundmunicipal structures such as manholes, catch basins, valve boxes, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalkand other miscellaneous asphalt work.
Contractors are advised that time is of the essence in completing this work. The contractor shallcommence work no later than May 11th, 2026, or as directed by the Engineer.The portions of the work involving general asphalt patching on the Priority 1 streets shall be completedby June 26th, 2026. Priority 2 streets shall be completed by July 10th, 2026. Priority 3 streets shall becompleted by July 31st, 2026. Municipal parking lots and multi-purpose trails shall be completed byAugust 14th, 2026. These deadlines may be extended by the Engineer due to rain days, or the need forpatching utility cuts that require immediate attention.
The maximum completion date for the contract is November 20th, 2026. All work listed in the initialwork items shall be completed by their respective deadlines, as determined by the Engineer. - Documents:
