Tender are invited for ASPHALT PATCHING 2025

Notice Details The City of Dieppe is seeking the services of a qualified contractor for general asphalt patching of various streets.

Contractors are advised that time is of the essence in completing this work. The Contractor
shall commence work no later than May 12th, 2025, or as directed by the Engineer.

All portions of the work involving general asphalt patching on the Priority 1 streets shall be
completed by June 27th, 2025. Priority 2 streets shall be completed by July 11th, 2025. Priority
st 3 streets shall be completed by August 1st, 2025. Municipal parking lots and multi-purpose
trails shall be completed by August 18th, 2025. The completion dates may be extended at the
discretion of the Engineer.

Once the general patching is completed, the Contractor will be provided a work lists, each
items on the list having a specified completion date. The work lists shall include asphalt
patching of utility cuts, patching around municipal structures such as manholes, catch basins, valve boxes, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and other miscellaneous asphalt works.

All Bids must be submitted to Mr. Nathaniel Robichaud, Civil Engineering Technologist for
the City of Dieppe no later than the closing date of Tuesday, March 4th, 2025 @ 10:00 A.M.
