Description:
The Region will ONLY accept ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS submitted through the Region-s Bids and Tenders website for this Request for Tender. HARD COPY BID SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Bids must be submitted and received by the Region no later than 1:00:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This Request for Tenders (the “RFT”) is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York (the “Region”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for RFTC-2786-25 for Asphalt and Concrete Work at 130 McCleary Court, Concord, ON, L4K 3L5, as further described in Section A of the RFT Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Work”).

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
CERTIFICATE OF RECOGNITION (COR™): Any proposals received from proponents who are not Certificate of Recognition (COR™) certified, who have not obtained COR™ equivalency or who have not submitted a valid Letter of Reciprocity shall be rejected from further consideration. CONCRETE AND ASPHALT PAVING EXPERIENCE :
Concrete Work
The bidders (or the bidders- concrete subcontractors) must have a minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in concrete work required to be completed for this project in accordance with Section 1.3 of the Specification Section 03 30 00.
Asphalt Paving Work
