Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation (CHC) invites proponents to submit a single proposal for completing Asphalt and Concrete Civil works at CHC Devon Property grouped asfollows:• Group A - Devon I Part B• Group B - Devon I Part C• Group C - Devon II Part B and Devon II Part C• Group D - Devon IIINote: Proponents are required to price all four groups for the bid to be considered as a complete submission. Detailed location specifications are found in RFT Schedule B Part 13The works in this RFT includes but is not limited to the following:• Replacement of concrete driveways.• Reconstruction of asphalt parking lot.• Repair or replacement and new installations of sidewalks and lead walks.• Replacement and new installations of patio.• Repair and/or replacement of porches and steps.• Basement waterproofing.• Foundation repairs.• Replacement of porch railings.• Chain link/Wooden fence repair and/or replacement.• Installation of window wells.• Regrading of yard.• Repair or replacement of downspouts.• Construction of Earthbin foundation and supply/installation of new Earthbins.The Proponent is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, permits, inspections, site safety, scheduling, and coordination required to perform the works detailed in this RFT.Project is time bound, and the proponent shall complete the work within the substantial and total completion timeframe outlined in Part 6.2 Sequencing and RFT Schedule B.
