Tender are invited for ASD-W Snow Removal

Tender Details SCOPE
This Invitation to Tender consists of snow removal services as per the attached specifications on behalf of Anglophone South School District at various schools for a period of three (3) years from November 1, 2025 until October 31, 2028 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods in one (1) year increments upon written agreement by both parties.

OPTION YEAR PRICING
Pricing shall be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index.

CONTRACT AWARD CRITERIA
Contracts will be awarded to the lowest compliant bid for each school location listed in the Items section below which meets the requirements detailed within the attached Specifications of the tender documents. Bidders may bid on any or all of the schools listed in Items 2 through 13.

SITE VISIT
A site visit is encouraged as per section 3.4 of the attached document. Site visits shall be arranged through the appropriate school site contact listed in Specifications - Appendix A.

REQUIREMENTS
Prior to award, references may be required as per section 4 of the attached specifications.

Insurance and WorkSafe NB coverage (if applicable), will be required as per section, 13 and 14 of the attached specifications respectively.

To expedite the contract award process, Vendors should include these items with their bid.

HOW TO FILL IN PRICING
There are no additional pricing sheets to be completed with this bid. Vendors should bid directly on this invitation to tender for each school which they choose to bid on. (See schools listed in Items 2 through 13 below).
