Qty (10) Metal shelving plates for 4' x 12' warehouse racking (48.5" x 59.5")Qty TBD Metal shelving plates for 4' x 9' warehouse racking (48.5" x 47.5")The Goods must meet or exceed the following specifications: 1/16th” thick galvanized steel1.5” tabs or flanges folded 90 degrees along the two (2) edges measuring 47.5” (and 59.5”) long; these flanges hang over the outer edge of the shelf railsThree (3) supports on the underside of each panel, oriented 90 degrees perpendicular to the edges measuring 47.5” (and 59.5”) and bearing the tabs or flanges that overlap the shelf rails. These supports are required to provide strength to support the load placed on the shelves. The supports are to be affixed to the underside of each panel at the following measurements: These support “bars” are to measure 42.5” (length) x 1.5” x 1” x 1.5”, with the 1” section welded to the underside of the panel, and the 1.5” on either side of this downward facing channel providing structural support.
