Description:
This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Loyalist Township (the “Township”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an Arts, Culture and Heritage Master Plan, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite qualified consultants to develop a comprehensive and actionable Arts, Culture, and Heritage Master Plan for Loyalist Township. This 10-year plan will establish a strategic vision and framework to guide the Corporation of Loyalist Township in preserving and celebrating local history, fostering the arts, promoting volunteerism, and enhancing cultural programming and events. Through the development of this Master Plan, the consultant will be responsible for making realistic, attainable and measurable short, medium and long-term recommendations that support arts, culture and heritage in Loyalist Township. This will be done through the development of strategies focused on creative arts, event enhancement, volunteerism and museums as detailed in the required deliverables.
