Description : The purpose of this project is to correct relief air issues afflicting the 3rd floor of the Arts building located on the UBC Okanagan Campus. The work includes the replacement of four roof mounted air handling units and associated modifications to the ventilations and hydronic systems serving these units. Also included in this project is the removal and safe disposal of the molybdenum containing hydronic heating system fluid. Project Briefing A non-mandatory Project Briefing, commencing from the Arts Building, West Entrance, ART100T 1147 Research Road, University of British Columbia, Okanagan campus, Kelowna. The briefing will be conducted Wednesday 27th April at 10am Pacific time. Proponents are asked to register their attendance at the project briefing, to the contact person, no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time. There is no PPE required for this site visit. Please note at this point in time the University requires the use of masks in indoor spaces until April 30 2022. Please ensure all attendees have a mask to gain access to the site.
