Description:
The Ministry of Health is seeking proposals to develop and support the implementation of a policy framework for the use of artificial intelligence (AI) across the British Columbia health system including administration, clinical care and service delivery, diagnostic imaging, and analytics to be in alignment with both provincial and federal guidance.

To support the successful implementation of this policy framework, the Contractor will need to produce comprehensive training materials and implementation resources.

In addition to the above, the Contractor will need to provide a plan for ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the policy framework's effectiveness in supporting the responsible adoption and integration of AI into the BC health system.

It is anticipated that the Ministry will release the policy framework in March 2025.
The approved budget for the initial term is $200,000.
