- This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Town of Hinton ("the Town") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Arena Boiler Replacement, as further described in Section 1.5.2. The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to obtain quotation submissions(quotation) from interested, qualified respondents who are capable of undertaking supply and replace the existing boiler and associated plumbing in the arena mechanical room at the Dr. Duncan Murray Recreation Centre. Proponents will be expected to plan for and to consider preparing their proposalsand take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe and healthy working environment and to avoid disruptions impacting their obligations under any resulting contract.
