Summary Details:
Invitation to Annual Quotation: For "AQ 15/21 - Arc'teryx LEAF Insulated Duty Jackets".
Scope of Work: This is an invitation to quote on the supply and delivery new Arc'teryx LEAF Atom and Arc'teryx LEAF Cold WX insulated jackets to fit both male and female officers for the Saanich Police Department, in a full range of sizes on an as and when needed basis.
The Saanich Police Department cannot guarantee quantities ordered but the department is estimating to purchase approximately 180 Arc'teryx LEAF Atom jackets and 120 Arc'teryx LEAF Cold WX jackets over the initial contract term, and 25 jackets of each model per year thereafter.
NOTE: We will only be accepting brand, make and models as specified. No substitutions will be considered for this Quotation - quote only products specified.
Term: The contract will be for a period of three (3) years from the date contract is signed, with an option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms upon mutual agreement.

Closing Date: August 6th, 2021 at 3:00 PM PST
