Interested proponents will provide technical proposals as per section 6 Submission Requirements & Evaluation, and Appendix A Mandatory Technical Requirements. For information on intention of award, refer to section 2.2 Intent of Award.Recurring Contract? Yes.Pre-Qualification Term: Prequalified Proponents selected through this RFPQ process shall be eligible to participate in subsequent second-stage competitive procurements for a term of three (3) years.Notwithstanding the above noted, the TPS retains the right to terminate any contract without notice for cause.Piggyback (if applicable):The TPS may, upon request, permit other publicly funded organizations and the Police Cooperative Purchasing Group (PCPG) to purchase against any part of a future contract which may result from this RFPQ.
