- Red River College Polytechnic (“RRC Polytech”) invites Proposals from qualified, multidisciplinary consulting teams to provide comprehensive predesign services for a proposed new student residence (The Village) at the Notre Dame Campus (NDC) in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to engage a consulting team with demonstrated expertise in postsecondary residential projects and integrated campus planning to undertake early-stage studies that will inform future design, regulatory, capital planning, and delivery decisions. Consistent with RRC Polytech-s Strategic Plan and commitment to Truth and Reconciliation, sustainability, and student success, the consulting team is expected to embed these institutional priorities throughout the pre design process. Proponents shall demonstrate an approach to meaningful Indigenous engagement that respects Treaty relationships and the lands on which RRC Polytech operates, and that incorporates opportunities for guidance and participation by Indigenous Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and community representatives, where appropriate. Engagement practices should be culturally respectful, transparent, and aligned with RRC Polytech-s values of reciprocity, trust, and collaboration.
