Description:
The University of Windsor, herein referred to as the “University”, intends to solicit pre-qualificationproposals from interested Architectural and Engineering firms with a proven record of successfullycompleting projects. The intent is to generate a list of qualified professional services (Vendor ofRecord - VOR) to participate in construction projects, renovations, repairs, emergency repairs andequipment installations with fees estimated at less than $100,000.The University is seeking the services of experienced Architectural and Engineering Firms to submitproposals to provide complete architectural and engineering services for replacement projects andrenovation projects including but not limited to Schematic Design, Design Development, CostEstimating, Contract Documents and Tendering, and Construction Contract Administration.The term of the contract, should one be developed, is planned to commence in March 2025. Thisdate may be subject to change at the discretion of the University.
