- This Request for Supplier Qualifications is an invitation by The Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology to qualify for placement on a Vendor of Record (VOR) List in accordance with Evaluation of Responses for eligibility to provide Architectural Services as further described in Section Aof the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables").The intent of this RFSQ is to build a pre-qualified Vendor of Record list of up to seven (7) Architectural firms to draw from during a Second Stage Process.The College is only accepting responses from experienced Architectural firms. The intentis to identify firms who have demonstrated their ability to provide expert, high quality services to include but not limited to consulting services for renovation, additions and new build projects over the term of this contract.This RFSQ is not for a specific scope of work, it is to confirm placementon the Vendor of Record (VOR) List to call on in a second-stage invitational Request for Quote process. Construction Projects under the terms of the RFSQ will be valued at less than $4 MillionPlease Note: The Government of Ontario has issued a Procurement Restriction Policy effective April 4, 2025.As a result, responses from U.S. businesses may not be accepted at this time.
