The Town is seeking the services of a qualified architectural firm (the “Prime Consultant” or “proponent”) to provide a full and comprehensive architectural and engineering design, including demolition plan with permit, site plan development, conceptual and schematic design, design development and detailed design drawings, and specifications for the procurement and construction of a new Fire Station. The Prime Consultant team will include all sub-consultants required to provide the deliverables described in the RFP.
Existing Fire Station 4 located at 2024 Sixth Line, was built in 1975 as a temporary fire station with two bays for emergency vehicles. As the town has grown over the past thirty years, the facility is no longer suitable and a new modern and appropriately sized station is required. The town intends to construct the new Fire Station 4 on the same property while maintaining full operations at another facility. - Documents:
