Description : The University of British Columbia (UBC) is inviting interested parties to participate in the procurement process for the provision of Architect & Consultant Team for renovation of the following rooms: EOS 101, 105, 107 & SPPH 369. Below is more detailed Information about the work: School for Population and Public Health Building rooms #369, 369A, 369B, 369C 1. Incorporate new finishes and acoustic treatments where required for optimal classroom performance 2. Optimize acoustic performance of the classroom to achieve required acoustic ratings. 3. Ensure accessibility for students. 4. Remove and replace flooring with washable flooring 5. New storage cabinets, tables, and chairs 6. Ensure existing lighting system is sufficient for the new spaces, provides appropriate color temperatures, is energy efficient and provide ease of maintenance. 7.
