- The City of Prince Albert is opening a new Aquatics & Arenas Recreation Facility with the following amenities: • Two Water Slides • Wave Pool • Lazy River • Jacuzzi Tub • 8 Lane Pool • Twin Pad Ice Arenas The City of Prince Albert is inviting proposals from qualified proponents for the right to establish a Commercial Food Service premises at the new Aquatics & Twin Pad Arenas facility as commercial tenants of the City of Prince Albert. The Commercial Space for lease is approximately 588 square feet and is potentially available for use as a commercial undertaking franchise or an outlet for an established business. All fit-up and any specific leasehold requirements will be the responsibility of the applicant tenant. The purpose of this Expression of Interest process is to identify interest from qualified proponents to enter into a Lease Agreement for space within the Facility from which the tenant can deliver Commercial Services of a nature that will enhance the facility amenities, the community-s use and enjoyment of the facility and how it will meet the City of Prince Albert-s overall objectives for the facility. The City of Prince Albert will review proposals based on alignment with the intended use, function and objectives of the facility. This is not a tender and is not subject to the laws of competitive bidding.
