- PROJECT INFORMATION: The County of Stearns is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide watercraft inspection services at lake access points within Stearns County pursuant to MN Department of Natural Resources (MNDNR) training techniques, and MNDNR developed AIS inspection protocols and manuals. The County is soliciting said services as part of its desire to reduce the risk of introducing aquatic invasive species (AIS) to the lakes and rivers in Stearns County. This RFP is for a three-year contract period .
