Preparation of an annual audit plan2. Pre-meeting with management of the Company (virtual or in-person)3. Interim field work4. Year end field work5. Audit opinion6. Management letter7. Board reportingThe Company does not prepare a detailed Management Discussion & Analysis and does not require the External Auditor-s involvement with its quarterly reporting.The annual audit would need to be completed by mid March of each year
