Description:
1.1Introduction
This Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) “the Client” for the provision of Appraisal Services for land in British Columbia.
1.2Number of Standing Offers
The intent of this RFSO is to award up to five (5) Standing Offer Agreements (SOA) to qualified Offerors.
The services will be required on an as and when required basis, requested with a Call-up.
1.3Resources requirement
Offerors shall be capable of providing services by proposing a minimum of one (1) and not more than (5) five qualified resources in the following resource category: appraiser.
1.4Proposed period of the Standing Offer
1.4.1The period of the Standing Offer is for two (2) years from date of award.
1.4.2The Offeror grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Standing Offer by up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.
1.5Description of the Requirement
The Department of ISC on behalf of First Nations throughout British Columbia (ISC-BC) require the services of Offerors to perform land appraisals for many purposes including, for the determination of the fair market value of interests on reserve land and non-reserve land, for historical land value appraisals and for periodic rent reviews.
