- Tender are invited for Application Virtualization Delivery Platform
Project Description : The intention of this RFP is for the AGLC to be able to establish a contract with a reseller who will supply the Application Virtualization and Delivery solution as per the requirements. These requirements may be fulfilled by a single or multiple pieces of software.The successful proponent will:a) provide a commercially available off the shelf Application Virtualization and Delivery solution;b) manage the subscription renewals and/or support contracts of the supplied solution;c) supply additional licenses as required to accommodate growth;d) provide the service to implement the solution;e) ensure the interoperability and coexistence of the solution components; f) carry out warranty and support services;g) provide the installation services as required; h) provide training or facilitate the trainings offered by the manufacturer(s) of the solution; andi) provide technical documentation such as overviews, design, and flowcharts to support AGLC staff, a complete set of user manuals that explain features and functions and related training materials, online reference materials, forms, videos, etc.
