- Tender are invited for Application Quality Management (AQM)
Tender Details Service New Brunswick (SNB) through its Strategic Procurement Branch will coordinate the tendering process for Application Quality Management (AQM) on behalf of SNB Information Technology (IT).
Proponent must be authorized by OpenText as an Application Quality Management (AQM) agent/reseller/provider where OpenText offers evidence of the relationship between OpenText and the responding Proponent) to be an Application Quality Management (AQM) agent/reseller/provider at the time of bid submission.
SNB reserves the right to request proof to verify re-seller authorization prior to contract execution.
SNB will not be splitting the contract, and it will be awarded to a single supplier - the one with the lowest overall price and who meets all the tender requirements.
Mandatory Submission Requirement - a completed copy of Attachment A MUST be completed in full and returned with the proponent's bid submission.
One Hundred percent (100%) of all added value and discounts negotiated with the manufacturer MUST be passed through to GNB (i.e., extra discounts above Minimum Percentage Discount Off Current Published List Price, etc.).
Unit pricing for this item must be stipulated in Canadian Funds (CAD).
