Project Description : 1. This RFQ is open to all interested Bidders.2. The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires the supply of Polyurethane spray on wear Liners to be applied onto City owned vehicles and Equipment.3. This procurement process is intended to create a formal legally binding bidding process and will not be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.4. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of The City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of five (5) years
