The Bank of Canada is operating in a highly regulated and dynamic environment. SAP is a foundational platform supporting mission-critical business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, and EWM.The scope of services includes comprehensive support and maintenance of the SAP landscape, as well as enhancement services to support ongoing business and technical improvements. The selected provider will be responsible for incident and problem management, service request fulfillment, minor enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
