Tender are invited for Application Managed Services

Synopsis: T&S- support model involves a large volume of staff augmentation resources. This model can be quite expensive and most of the delivery risk rests with SaskPower. Through market research and internal analysis, T&S has determined that the delivery of our application services can be performed more efficiently and effectively by leveraging vendor managed services. In the Application Managed Services (AMS) model, the vendor is responsible for managing the delivery of services to achieve outcomes within a framework of contractually specified service levels. T&S wants to issue a competition for a supplier(s) to provide services for one or more of our bundles of applications. There will be an OPTIONAL Information Session on November 16, 2020 at 12:00 pm (Noon) CST for all interested Proponents.
