Tender are invited for APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM (ATS)
Project Description : Deltek is the College-s hosted applicant tracking system (ATS) that enables the electronic handling of recruitment needs by automating the requisition-to-hire process. The College has had a contract with Deltek, Inc for several years. The product is no longer, in its current version, meeting the needs of the users. A business case was put forward to Executive and it was approved. As a result, the College will be going out to Request for Proposal (RFP) for a new HR capital resource product. The preparation for an RFP, the RFP itself and the implementation of the final product will take longer than the current 4 months we currently have on the contract allows. To hurry the process may leave the College with an undesirable and possibly unusable product. The intent would be to have a product that will be used for several years. This one-year extension, on a product we are already using (Deltek) will allow the College to resource, competitively bid and project manage a new system properly.
