Description : The IESO is seeking to engage a Service Provider that is certified by Appian under its Services Partners Program to provide qualified resources or project teams to develop and enhance IESO applications, hosted on Appian Business Process Management Suite (BPMS) and low-code platform, using the agile / Scrum software development methodology. It is expected that an Agreement resulting from this RFP will provide the capability for current and future projects involving Appian BPMS and low-code development and meet project resource commitments that cannot be met by IESO-s in-house Appian development team. The IESO expects that the Service Provider will be utilized from time-to-time on an as-needed basis during the Term described in section 1.3 of this appendix. The Agreement is expected to accommodate two types of service engagements: resource-based and project-based engagements. The Service Provider will be required to enter into a Statement of Work (SOW) for each resource-based engagement and project-based engagement in accordance with the process described in section 2.4 of Appendix C and the terms and conditions of the Agreement. - Documents:
