Description : The University of Winnipeg (hereinafter referred as ‘U of W-) is issuing this RFP with the intent of entering into a three year (3) contract, with an option to renew the agreement for a further period of up to two (2) years, in one (1) year increments, subject to acceptance by both parties- at least ninety (90) days in advance of the termination of the contract term. The contract will be for the purchase of clothing, uniforms and sports equipment for the Athletic Department at the University of Winnipeg. The contract will come into effect on or about Sept 1 2022 in accordance with the terms and conditions hereinafter described, and specifications provided. This RFP and the subsequent submission will be referenced and form part of the contract issued to the successful proponent. The University will enter into an Agreement with the Bidder who submits a Proposal that best serves the interests of the University when evaluated in accordance with the stated evaluation criteria
