Advance Procurement NoticeConsultant ServicesStanding Offer Agreement (SOA)Ottawa, ON(with Security Requirements)Purpose of this Advance Procurement NoticeThis is not a bid solicitation nor a request for proposals.This is an advance notice for a potential contract with anticipated security requirements to provide interested consultants an opportunity to begin the sponsorship process for obtaining (if required) the anticipated security clearance(s). Note that there is no guarantee that this solicitation will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.Description of the Project and ServicesThe Consultant will be required to advise and provide project support to the Communications Security Establishment (CSE) Facility Management Team (FMT) and to the DCC onsite team with such activities as Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) engineering, Security and Architectural support as well as estimating support.The consultant will support CSE with the Edward Drake Building (EDB) requirements during the Operation Phase in a diligent and sound fashion in accordance with industry practice and all applicable government regulations and requirements.The estimated SOA total value is estimated at $1.6M over a potential of four (4) years.
