Description : Advance Procurement Notice Supply and Install CO/NO Detectors and Fire Alarm Modifications - Garrison Petawawa (with Security Requirements) APN#3009EQPT Purpose of this Advance Procurement Notice This is not a bid solicitation. This is an advance notice of a potential contract with anticipated security requirements to provide interested contractors an opportunity to begin the sponsorship request process for potentially obtaining the required security clearance(s) that are anticipated. Note that there is no guarantee that this contract will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise. Description of the Project and Services Due to recent renovations in various buildings, changes to the fire alarm and gas detection systems are required. The project will require the provision and installation of additional CO and NO gas detection units and modifications to the fire alarm systems in nine buildings. The work includes all associated conduit and wiring, power and restoration of wall, ceiling and floor penetrations. The estimated value of this project is $450,000. It is anticipated that this solicitation will be initiated in September of 2022. This is conditional on the contract receiving approval to proceed by the Department of National Defence (DND)...
