Advance Procurement NoticeDesign-Builder Services (MDB Project)ARMOURED COMBAT SUPPORT VEHICLE (ACSV) PROJECT 4 CDSB PETAWAWA, ON(with Security Requirements)Purpose of this Advance Procurement NoticeThis is not a bid solicitation nor a request for proposals.This is an advance notice for a potentialcontract with anticipated security requirements to provide interested Design-Builders an opportunity to begin the sponsorship process for obtaining (if required) the anticipated security clearance(s). Note that there is no guarantee that this solicitation will proceed or that any security clearance(s)will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.Description of the Project and ServicesThe Armoured Combat Support Vehicle (ACSV) project will deliver new armored combat support vehicles to the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).This project will address infrastructure requirementsfor maintenance and storage of ACSV vehicles. A potential location for ACSV infrastructure is at the 4th Canadian Division Support Base (CDSB) Petawawa.The intended scope of this work for this project should the project proceed will include:- The concept development, design, and new construction ofa 8,679 m2 facility for Armoured Combat Support Vehicle, and- Associated ancillary site works and utilities.The estimated Design-Builder and Construction cost is in the order of $55,000,000.It is anticipated that this/these solicitations will be initiated in spring in May 2025.
