Note that there is no guarantee that this solicitation will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.Description of the Project and Services15 Wing is a Canadian Forces Base located 7.4 kms south of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. It is operated by the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) and is home to RCAF, North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) pilot training and 431 Squadron. This base was initially established as a civilian flying club in 1928 and utilized by the RCAF in 1940 to 1946 and again in 1953 to support training operations of their own forces as well as their NATO allies.
