Description : Advance Procurement Notice Pipeline In-line Inspection 19 Wing, CFB Comox, Lazo, BC (with Security Requirements) Purpose of this Advance Procurement Notice This is not a bid solicitation. This is an advance notice of a potential project with anticipated security requirements to provide interested contractors an opportunity to apply for security clearances. Note that there is no guarantee that this project will proceed. Description of the Project Undertake the cleaning, modification, and in-line inspection of a 150 millimeter (6”) aviation fuel pipeline. Description of the Services The services required included, but are not limited to, the following: Completion of required Pipeline Cleaning; including the supply and use of the propellant and compressor to be used to push the tools Performing all transporting, cleaning, tracking, material handling, etc. required to prepare for, perform, and clean up from the Pipeline ILI work Completion of required Pipeline Modifications at the Wharf and installation of launcher and receiver extensions at the POL tank farm.
