Description : Advance Procurement Notice Paint Booth and Interior Upgrades at Building A-243 Borden, Ontario (with Security Requirements) APN# BN186586 Purpose of this Advance Procurement Notice This is not a bid solicitation. This is an advance notice of a potential project with anticipated security requirements to provide interested contractors an opportunity to apply for security clearances. Note that there is no guarantee that this project will proceed. Description of the Project This project involves interior reconfigurations to washrooms and change rooms, installation of new air showers, installation of a paint booth, and various electrical, mechanic, fire suppression, and fire alarm system upgrades at Building A-243, located at CFB Borden. Description of the Services Services to be procured in support of this project include Construction and commissioning services. Overall, the project value is estimated at $4,000,000.00. The tender is expected to be advertised in Spring 2022, using a stipulated sum/low bid format. This is conditional on the project receiving approval to proceed by the DND.
