Advance Procurement NoticeMODIFIED-Design-Builder Services - ACSV+LVM3CDSB Edmonton, Alberta(with Security Requirements)Purpose of this Advance Procurement NoticeThis is not a bid solicitation nor a request for proposals.This is an advance notice for a potential contract with anticipated securityrequirements to provide interested Modified-Design-Builders an opportunity to begin the sponsorship process for obtaining (if required) the anticipated security clearance(s). Note that there is no guarantee that this solicitation will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted underthe sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.Description of the Project and ServicesThe delivery method for this project will be Modified Design Build.This project will address infrastructure requirements for maintenance and storage of Armoured Combat Support Vehicles (ACSV) and LogisticsVehicle Modernization (LVM). A potential location for ACSV +LVM infrastructure is at the 3rd Canadian Division Support Base (CDSB) Edmonton.The intended scope of this work for this project should the project proceed will include: The concept development, design, and new construction of a 10,930m2facility for Armoured Combat Support Vehicle and Logistics Vehicle Modernization; and Associated ancillary site works and utilities.The estimated Design-Builder and Construction cost is in the order of $50,000,000.It is anticipated that this solicitation will be initiated in August 2025.
