Advance Procurement NoticeMATERIALS TESTING SERVICESNational capital region (ncr) gEOGRAPHICAL AREA(with Security Requirements)Purpose of this Advance Procurement NoticeThis is not a bid solicitation nor a request for proposals.This is an advance notice for a potential contract with anticipated security requirements to provide interested consultants an opportunity to begin the sponsorship process for obtaining (if required) the anticipated security clearance(s). Note that there is no guarantee that this solicitation will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.Description of the Project and ServicesThe consultant will be required to provide field sampling and monitoring as well as analysis and reporting on various construction materials including concrete asphalt, and aggregate services in support of new constructions and existing infrastructures. Services may include, but are not limited to the following: Sampling and testing of concrete, Asphalt and Aggregates Gradation (Sieve) Analysis Modified Proctor Standard Proctor Concrete Compression Test Concrete Air and Slump Test Concrete core analysis Mortar or grout compressive test Asphalt Marshall Analysis Asphalt Cores Super pave (full analysis)The consultant may be required to provide professional recommendations and other specialized testing/reporting/monitoring of contractor activities during future work programs, as required.It is anticipated...
