Note that there is no guarantee that this solicitation will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.Description of the Project and ServicesThe consultant will be required to provide field sampling, testing and inspections as well as analysis and report for various construction materials, concrete, asphalt, waterproofing and aggregate services in support of the Eastern Ontario Campus (EOC) project. The consultant will also be required to perform other construction related inspections such as geotechnical, and compaction testing. Services may include, but are not limited to the following:a.
