ADVANCE PROCUREMENT NOTICEMARLANT SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL TRAINING SERVICES STANDING OFFER AGREEMENT (SOA)CFB HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA(WITH SECURITY REQUIREMENTS)PURPOSE OF THIS ADVANCE PROCUREMENT NOTICEThis is not a bid solicitation nor a request for proposals.This is an advance notice for a potential contract with anticipated security requirements to provide interested consultants/contractors an opportunity to begin the sponsorship process for obtaining (if required) the anticipated security clearance(s). Note that there is no guarantee that this solicitation will proceed or that any security clearance(s) will be granted under the sponsorship process in a timely fashion or otherwise.DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT/PROGRAM AND SERVICESThe objective of this program is to provide necessary ‘as and when required' safety and environmental training services to Maritime Forces Atlantic (MARLANT) personnel regarding applicable safety requirements and reduce the risk of legal and policy infractions.Initial one-year term has an estimated value of $500,000.00. There is the potential for four (4) additional one-year terms each estimated at $500,000.00 (each term) for an estimated total potential opportunity of $2,500,000.00 over five (5) years.It is anticipated that this solicitation will be initiated around December 2025/January 2026.
