Note that there is no guarantee that these solicitations will proceed.Description of the Program and ServicesThe Canadian Forces Housing Agency (CFHA) is planning a Housing Program to support the delivery of new residential housing for members of the Canadian Armed Forces at bases and wings across Canada. CFHA is responsible for the provision and management of military housing on Department of National Defence (DND) lands, and this program supports ongoing efforts to modernize and expand the housing portfolio to meet current and future operational needs.The objective of the program is to deliver new housing efficiently and at speed through Modified Design‑Build (MDB) delivery model that integrates studies, design and construction under a single contract.The services required under this program include: Architecture & Engineering (A&E) services for the provision site studies, planning and detailed design development and all associated works. Design and construction of new infrastructure and housing to support the residential housing program.It is anticipated that the following solicitations related to this program will be initiated in Spring 2026.
