Description : Advance Procurement Notice Consulting services - Replace underground electrical distribution system St-Jean Garrison (Qc) (with Security Requirements) Purpose of this Advance Procurement Notice This is not a bid solicitation. This is an advance notice of a potential project with anticipated security requirements to provide interested consultants an opportunity to apply for security clearances. Note that there is no guarantee that this project will proceed. Description of the Project The project aims to replace main electricity entrance, the various elements of the existing underground electrical distribution network, the construction of new infrastructures as well as interventions at main electrical panels in some existing buildings. Description of the Services The consulting services may include, but are not limited to, complete plans and specifications for electricity and high voltage distribution, civil engineering and structure, building mechanics and architecture, and provide services during the construction phase. The estimated consulting services value is about $1,000,000. It is anticipated that this procurement will be implemented in winter 2021.
